Ingredientes:

Procedimiento:

• Lavar muy bien y cortar las guayabas en trozos.
• Verter en una olla y añadir agua que cubra las guayabas.
• Ponemos por unos 15 minutos hasta que las guayabas estén blandas.
• Luego colar y licuar con un mínimo de agua.
• Colar y colocar en el caldero y añadir la azúcar, removiendo consistentemente para que los gases salgan y tenga la consistencia deseada.
• Envasamos y metemos en la nevera.

Process:
