RECETA - "Sopa de almendras"

Hola a todos ¿qué tal estáis? Hoy os traigo algo fácil y rápido para cuando no sabéis que hacer de cenar, y queréis un sabor especial, esta sopa de almendras es ideal para estos momentos. Os cuento como se hace.




INGREDIENTES
  • Un puñado de almendras peladas
  • 1 o 2 dientes de ajo
  • Perejil
  • AOVE
  • Cúrcuma y comino.


  • En una cacerola ponemos las almendras con un chorreón de aceite y salteamos un par de minutos.
  • Luego añadimos el ajo y el perejil y salteamos otros 2 minutos.
  • Añadimos agua o leche de coco o una mezcla de ambas, la cúrcuma y el comino una cucharada de cada.
  • Tapamos la cacerola y dejamos cocinar por 15 minutos a fuego medio. Pasamos por la batidora y a disfrutar.
