Whenever I got time I play one of my musical instruments, BAMBOO FLUTE. I just learned to play the flute a year ago. The flute isn't hard to learn — like all the instruments, it just takes some practice. I have no formal lessons and no particular melody to follow. I just play it by ear whenever I hear a piece of beautiful music, I get and play the flute and just follow the beat. The flute is the perfect way to step away from work to unwind and make music for yourself. It is the perfect way to give your brain a workout!

The flute is one of the oldest instruments around, and one of the most diverse. Flute requires a high degree of patience and discipline and a good work ethic. According to health experts, it promotes good posture, proper and healthy breathing, core strength and control, and finger dexterity.
