Didn’t see Goldie on the steps of Robinson the whole week, ไม่เห็นโกลดี้ทั้งอาทิตย์

I was getting a bit worried these last few days. I could not see Goldie at her usual spot on the steps of Robinson mall. Whenever I went shopping there, I would visit Goldie to check how she’s doing. She’s a grand old cat of twenty years old though she is in good shape. I did notice she walked rather slowly and gingerly; I was glad she’s a healthy cat with bright and fast brain.

She tried to bite my hands several times while I was stroking her back. When I stopped, she also took another bite as if to tell me to continue stroking her. I have healing energy in my hands and I know I could tame cats and dogs by stroking them. The trouble would start when they do not want me to stop and keep on walking after me.

So, I had to visit the fruit lady to ask her about Goldie’s health and whereabout. She told me that the heavy rain meant the cat had to find a new sleeping spot. I noticed the other adopted stray cat has grown up nicely; Tiger was picked up from a rubbish tip three months ago. He has been sleeping among fruits ever since so he should be the fruit-cat! He was so sick that I thought he would not make it. This fruit lady has been a fairy to stray cats and kittens around here.

I had to walk slowly three times along this narrow road trying to search for Goldie. Alas, I found her sleeping under a motor bike. She was woken up by my photo session; it was quite difficult taking photos between a tricycle and motor bike. But I was much relieved to see Goldie this weekend.

Goldie seemed to recognise me and came up to me, perhaps for some food but I forgot it in the fridge. The fruit lady told me that these cats were fed in the morning: Tiger had chicken, Goldie had fish. Goldie was very sweet as she let me carry her across the road to be nearer the fruit lady. There were cars and motor bikes zooming down this narrow road, so I wanted her to be in a safer place.

Tiger started to show curiosity and wanted to play with Goldie. So, I put Tiger on the ground close to Goldie. Goldie gave a soft warning sound! I had to put Tiger back on the fruit stall. Poor Tiger, he’s just a kitten and wanted to play with some friends. Tiger hardly makes any noise, he’s a quiet and humble cat. The fruit lady adores him and thinks that he’s very handsome. I like to watch her face when she talks to her cats expressing so much gentleness and loving vibes. These stray cats are very lucky indeed.

เมื่อวานนี้เราไปแถวโรบินสันและไปเดินตามหาแมวส้ม เราไม่เห็นเจ้าโกลดี้หรือเจ้าทองมาหลายวัน มาทีไรก็ตามตัวไม่เจอ เราจึงต้องไปถามีเจ้าของแมว ซึ่งขายผลไม้อยู่แถวนั้น เขาบอกว่าเวลาฝนตกหนัก ทองจะหาที่นอนใหม่ที่ไม่เปียกและฝนไม่สาด เราถามว่าแมวสบายดีไหมเป็นอย่างไรบ้าง เขาก็บอกว่าเห็นแมวทุกวัน และเลี้ยงข้าวแมวตอนเช้า เจ้าแมวตัวใหม่ชื่อเสือดูดีขึ้นมาก ตอนนี้แข็งแรงและปกติดีแล้ว มันชอบนอนใกล้เจ้าของและเล่นอยู่แถวนั้น เขาบอกว่าเจ้าเสือชอบกินไก่ ส่วนเจ้าทองชอบกินปลา ส่วนเจ้าทองมีคนรักมันหลายคน จึงมีคนเอาอาหารมาเลี้ยงมันบ่อยมากที่หน้าโรบินสัน เขาบอกว่าเจ้าทองคงหาที่นอนอยู่แถวนั้น เราก็เดินตามหาถึงสามรอบก็ไม่เจอ คนแถวนั้นก็มองว่าเราไปส่องอะไรตามหน้าบ้านคนอื่น

เราดีใจมากที่เจอเจ้ามองนอนอยู่ใต้รถมอเตอร์ไซด์ เราเดินเข้าไปถ่ายรูป แต่ทำได้ยากมาก เราทำเสียงดังจนแมวตื่นนอน มันทำท่าว่าจำเราได้ และเดินออกมาหาเรา เราก็คุยเล่นกับแมวส้มพักใหญ่และลูบตัวมันเพื่อเอาขนที่ร่วงออกมาด้วย แมวตัวนี้ใจดีมาก มันยอมให้เราอุ้มมาวางไว้หน้าร้านคนขายผลไม้ ถนนสายนั้นมีรถวิ่งผ่านเจ้าออกด้วยความเร็วมาก พอเจ้าเสือเห็นเจ้ายายทองนั่งอยู่ไม่ไกล ก็ทำท่าอยากจะเล่นด้วย เราก็เอามันมาสาวที่พื้น เจ้าทองส่งเสียงขู่เบาๆว่าไม่ชอบ เราก็เอาเจ้าเสือไปไว้ที่เดิม คนขายผลไม้มีความรักให้แมวสองตัวนี้มาก เขาจะส่งยิ้มและความรักให้เจ้ามองเวลาคุยกับมัน เราดูแล้วสบายใจมากและรู้ว่าแมวสองตัวนี้โชคดีมาก สักพักเจ้าทองเดินช้าๆไปหาที่นอนหลบคนและฝนที่ใต้กล่องเก็บของฝั่งตรงข้าม เราดีใจที่ได้ไปเยี่ยมเจ้าแมวส้มในสุดสัปดาห์นี้ แมวอยู่สุขสบายดี
