DESOTO - HEAD ON
I'm not really a "car guy," but cars like this could change my mind!
I shared a few photos of this vehicle yesterday, and had these shots from the front and closer up that I wanted to share as well. To see this thing just sitting out in the elements is a little heartbreaking, but to see how well it has held up is impressive. They sure don't make them like this anymore.

Hood ornament held up well :-)
Cars used to be cool and have style.
Today's things are just banal contraptions to get from point A to point B.
While the automotive companies do as little work as possible to come up with next year's model.
The 70s saw so much innovation that was... just dropped on the floor.
So very sad.
I used to love the grille- it looked like a big grin!
