I think it really depends on the exact amount of each ingredients in your dish and how much you put in your belly, am I right? 😁
Yep, keeping track of all the ingredients could be tough but at the end of the day, most of the calories usually come from the base ingredients you use (like butter, oil, eggs...) :)

Yeah, tracking the calories will be hard work, especially if there are a lot of ingredients in a dish
