I must admit that I don't understand that galette hype that is going on at the moment :) I tried a few of them and didn't like any. Even though I must also admit that I haven't tried to make one at home.. the dough was what I didn't enjoy. But yours look different to what I've tried and I might give it a go and you maybe will change my mind about galettes :)

Are you serious? Oh my gosh! This dough is melting in the mouth, but what I discovered, it's that is better the next day, lol. Beside, it's healthy because it's whole grain spelt and refined sugar free. Thank you so much for visiting Martina, I really appreciate it 😍
