Me and Russian !

More than 10 years ago, I was in Algeria and I couldn't find someone to practice Russian with, because I forget a lot. When my father baught me my first pc, I was looking actively in dating websites for people to practice with, but those was full of people who are looking for something else. Then I went to skype and I start to add a lot of people and once I've added a girl and told her about my situation. She thought first that I wanted to date her but when she talked with me more, she realized that I'm interested only in practice. She was married and she called her husband to add me in a vocal chat where people from all around the world where practicing Russian to not forget them. I meet there nice people and they accepted me fast in their group and we were spending really nice time together creating audio conferences where we just talk, or play intellectual games. Then they showed me a great website where they were creating a lot of audio conferences and even me I start creating them. I was choosing really interesting philosophical topics and I met even more people there.

The website was called ''scast'' and we had to download a little tool to create those conferences and to make them apear in the website. Now they seems moved to discord. So, now the only thing I've found is a website where they have discord servers, maybe @travoved will be interested, this is the website : https://scastshow.ru.

I learned there to create those conferences, to moderate them and even learn a lot about Russian audiance in the world and start talking without accent in Russian and now I talk almost like Russian, dispite being an Algerian.

This story can motivate anyone to learn something new and to know that there are always solutions to any problem we face. ☺
