Amazon web?

I read today that Amazon is all set to buy shares in the Jio group.

As it is, Jio has overthrown many businesses and is planning to expand into the consumer industry which includes grocery shopping. So, this move by Amazon certainly makes sense.

Amazon is slowly spreading its web and if it joins jio network, the common people would end up as mere pawns, whose life and lifestyle would be determined by the giants.

Why fear?
A few days before, all my amazon accounts were hacked. I wrote a mail to them but they replied that they were not aware of any action on my account They are trying to restore my account. I do hope they do.
My point is, if Amazon cannot even provide security, how can the general public trust it ?

Internet and online transactions can become a nightmare if the customer account is not secure.
