I was very happy to see the first comment come in from @rakkasan84 and I want to highlight it here so that all potential participants can get the idea of what I am looking for.
@rakkasan84 recommends here @shadow3scalpel, a curation and support project focused on veterans with a history on STEEM. Its a project he runs, the SP is powered up and he even included a link for me to read more about it!
@shadow3scalpel is a curation account that doesn't post all that much. This makes the choice of SBI very important. The rshares balance created by these units will continue to accumulate and will be delivered at the perfect time to support the project, regardless of post frequency.
The guidelines for this contest will continue to be refined as we move through the soft launch period, but I like complete sentences and complete thoughts and links and discussion and passion! For me, one of the glowing hearts of the 'STEEM scene' always has been the contests. Thank you for featuring my comment as an example. We used to do contests more frequently, but some user participation dropped and I had a lot going on at the time. Holding SBI shares on the account would definitely motivate us to get more active on the account and hopefully get some more involvement from our group.
