OK so this week I nominate @socialbot!
It is in service to @schoolforsdg4, so in essence, it is an extra way to fundraise for the kids!
@schoolforsdg4 is giving slum children in Bangladesh access to an education, and they get some of their funding from Steem. Steem also supports their weekly fruits program to help the kids get some good nutrition, and the @womenempowerment program, which teaches women sewing skills so they can have a business and earn an income.
All of these programs are run by @azizbd.
People can support with upvotes and direct donations to the school of course, but also with socialbot, by using the service to buy upvotes (you can send between 0.1-0.75 Steem for a vote) or by delegating to the bot. Delegators also get a daily payout, so it's a win-win situation!

This time I want to introduce "HispaPro".
Space created to promote the different projects and activities that are developed within the large ecosystem STEEM. The objective is to disseminate and support them in their growth and consolidation within the platform.

It is an activity where live interviews are conducted with project leaders who give value to STEEM.
WHERE
The place to develop it. Discord Server Team-MéxicoPRO, every Tuesday 6:15pm (Caracas, Venezuela time) - (10:00pm UTC.)

WHY
Within STEEM, there are many quality projects striving to grow our community.
Many of them go unnoticed by most steemians.
That is why it is necessary to open a window for the dissemination of such projects. Show which is the work they are doing, how they do it and how we can integrate.
For this reason I nominate "HispaPro" a tool to visualize the promoters of the blockchain.
HOW
The dynamic involves a conservatory between the guest and the moderators (@yeceniacarolina and @yonnathang), where questions are shared and asked to the guest (project leaders).
It is a question of investigating some aspects of their daily life and then manages to make an exposition of the project itself which leads.
Every week, we have an audience that is previously invited through a publication. As the interview progresses, the questions of those present are clarified by our guest.

For about 3 months now, in conversations. I coincided in a restlessness with my friend @yeceniacarolina.
We observe that within the platform there are many projects that give value to steem, but that have little visibility.
Those are the conceptual origins of HispaPro. A tool to spread the good things that are done within the platform. Every week more "radio listeners" are added. We share closely with these project leaders, sometimes little known. They show us their work.
How long ago did the interviews start?
The first program was held on Tuesday, August 13. Our guest was gaborockstar. A tireless promoter of Steem, for about 2 years.

You guys record the radio show?
As the project is relatively young, we are working every week to improve every aspect.
We started recording the broadcasts this past Tuesday. The link is attached.
Would they be nominating moderators?
For now, we @yeceniacarolina and @yonnathang are in charge of the production, public relations and moderation of the program.
The current nomination is for us as moderators, we do not have an official program account. Soon we will give solution to that!
Each week the work we do is more methodical, professional and quality. So we don't rule out that the team continues to grow, for the better.
Nota: Soon we will incorporate a translator, to invite English-speaking leaders. To you for example ;)

In my opinion this project is effective one and it's a creation by @surpassinggoogle. He is trying to monetise dreams of others by bringing the ULOGS into picture which means content which derives you for being you. @surpassinggoogle is in the list of speakers this time for SteemFest 4 and we can find more in depth ideas for this space.
This project is created by @dmilliz, @miyard and @donald.porter and this is about Jamaican Music and Culture but most importantly, in my opinion these people putting efforts and step by step succeeding to integrate different use cases for JAHM Token specially for Tourism and Hotels.
