Transplanting Small Bonsai!

Hey everyone, are you a bonsai fan if not why not? What is not to love?? From my recent experience there are a few ways one can acquire bonsai trees, namely naturally buying them, Secondly planting them from seed, taking a small tree out of nature or a cutting! What is a cutting and which are these?

Cuttings are a great way to get to have your own bonsai in a much cheaper way, however the drawbacks are simple, it does not work with every tree. One tree that it really works well with is the top pic in the middle. Incredible weeping willow, Simply cut and paste, this will self root given the right season and growing environent!

Bonsai are not cheap, not sure how the pricing looks your side of the planet but in South Africa these cost tons of cash, but why? They cost alot to maintain need regular care the right growing environment and fertilizer (bonsai food) which is rather expensive at least once a week!

Bonsai pottery pots also cost a fortune, what I do is normally get the reject pots a small chip or crack renders them much cheaper, Neat HACK!

After I planted and watered them here last thing to do simply add some river sand for aesthetic value.. WHALLA!

Nature the incredible!

Love and light, have an amazing week!
