What can be your motivation to work exept money?
Work, a word that represents an inspiration for some and a regret for others. Work falls into the classification of one of the least pleasant activities for many people who are not passionate about what they do.
Today we are going to talk about what can be a motivation in doing my job regardless of how much it is paid.
Without further ado, let's get started.
¿Qué puede ser tu motivación para trabajar, excepto el dinero?
Trabajo, una palabra que representa una inspiración para unos y un pesar para otros. El trabajo cae en la clasificación de una de las actividades menos placenteras para muchas personas que no les apasiona lo que hacen.
Hoy vamos a hablar sobre cuál puede ser una motivación al realizar mi trabajo independientemente de la cantidad que sea remunerada.
Sin más preámbulo, comencemos.
Work is something we all have to do at some time, not necessarily in exchange of your time for monetary remuneration, but it may be due to an exchange of favors, but it can be categorized as work.
Work, according to my personal definition, corresponds to the exchange of your time and resources to provide services or products to a person for a monetary sum or other good accordingly.
I consider that in order to work always for a motivation we must have in mind bigger goals than the same money that is obtained at a certain time, examples of these goals can be to establish your own business, to gain renown with certain type of people, personal satisfaction by being able to implement your personal tastes and to be able to give a contribution to the client and consequently to the society.
El trabajo es algo que todos tenemos que realizar alguna vez, no necesariamente por un intercambio de tu tiempo por remuneración monetaria, sino que puede deberse a un intercambio de favores, pero el mismo puede categorizarse como trabajo.
Trabajo, de acuerdo a mi definición personal, corresponde al intercambio de tu tiempo y recursos para proveer servicios o productos a una persona por una suma monetaria u otro bien en consecuencia.
Considero que para trabajar siempre por una motivación debemos tener presentes metas más grandes que el mismo dinero que se obtiene en fechas cortes, ejemplos de estas metas puede ser establecer un negocio propio, ganar renombre con cierto tipo de personas, satisfacción personal al poder implementar tus gustos personales y poder otorgar un aporte al cliente y en consecuencia a la sociedad.
Personally, I always keep in the habit of setting short and long term goals, regardless of the money I receive from a job. Examples of these goals can be to improve in a specific aspect by perfecting a job skill, or to improve a personal profile according to the work performed.
Similarly, my goals are always linked to personal development and overcoming challenges, this goes hand in hand with the growth as a person that comes with the daily work, improve the management with my colleagues, improve time management and resources, develop communication skills, are some of the things that inspire me to keep working hard for the things I seek.
In the end, all of these are related to the same thing, they serve as achievement boosters always looking to fuel the motivation I have to work with quality and always looking to improve on a daily basis to achieve my goals.
For this reason, something I always try to do is to maintain the quality of my publications and provide original and totally good content.
En lo personal, siempre mantengo el hábito de trazarme metas a corto y largo plazo, independientemente del dinero que reciba de acuerdo a un trabajo. Ejemplo de estas metas puede ser mejorar en un aspecto en específico perfeccionando una habilidad laboral, mejorar un perfil personal de acuerdo a la labor realizada.
De igual forma, mis metas siempre están vinculadas a desarrollo personal y superación de retos, esto va de la mano con el crecimiento como persona que conlleva el trabajo diario, mejorar el manejo con mis compañeros, mejorar el manejo del tiempo y recursos, desarrollar habilidades comunicativas, son algunas de las cosas que me inspiran a seguir trabajando duro por las cosas que busco.
Al final, todas estas van relacionadas a lo mismo, sirven de potenciadores de logros buscando siempre avivar la motivación que tengo para trabajar con calidad y siempre buscando mejorar en el día a día para el cumplimiento de metas.
Por esto, algo que siempre intento es mantener la calidad de mis publicaciones y brindar un contenido original y totalmente bueno.
In the end, motivation varies from person to person as we all seek to grow in different ways, but as a final message, I understand that we should all have a motivation in addition to monetary remuneration when working.

STOPHola querido amigo haz tocado en tu post algo que tengo años pensándolo y es sobre la motivación que debes tener en tu trabajo que no se pues la parte economica que obviamente es importante y esto lo digo porque realmente donde laboro no me gusta el trabajo que desempeñó sin embargo me he quedado atrapada allí con el tiempo pasando. No hay nada mejor que tener un trabajo que tu única motivacion sea el trabajo en si, que hacer lo que haces te apasione tanto que hasta podrías hacerlo sin cobrar, de esa manera fluye todo, de verdad que no le recomiendo a nadie mi posición, he buscado otros medios para hacer los que me gusta con placer porque amo mi profesión pero no mi trabajo así que de esa manera he compensado y equilibrado las cosas.
Totalmente de acuerdo con lo que mencionas, muchas veces nos olvidamos de nuestra motivación principal en nuestro trabajo y esto dificulta el desarrollo en el mismo, por eso debemos intentar tener presente siempre el foco del mismo.

Your reasons for working without money is quite valid. It wouldn't be too far from mine.
There can be no better reason to work apart getting money than developing oneself, increasing competence and growing one's self.
Not everything deals with money for us to progress in life we need to set great goals for ourselves ,and we should also try to achieve those goals. Nice write-up 👍
