My Plan For Tomorrow Is To Cook Or At Least Dream Of Doing It

I haven't ate much lately, I am just eating almost once a day and I am glad that I was able to resist on drinking coffee too but I did had some thinned-out coffee this morning without bread or whatever plus some local citrus drink like a lemonade which my mother fixes for me so sour and sweet that I asked her to add a bit more water unto it.

She also cooked some mussels for me, usually I really, really love the taste of Mussels but due to my current appetiteloss issue I can never ever enjoy any food now, it had gone sad and frustrating for me.

Everyday is just a matter of surviving for me more than enjoying a normal life. The thing is that it is funny and ridiculous now that I am trying to extend my life but could never enjoy it.

The reason for that is I am in a situation that I am trying to avoid a certain condition that I will be in a lot of pain if I didn't do this or that like taking my Parathyroid drug that really had diminished my pain but isn't really healing me completely.

I have to take it otherwise even turning my body on my bed would deem so painful as it happened in the past. I am still in a lot of pain because in fect I cannot walk anymore, the joints of my feet hurt, my back would kill me if I do try to walk, plus my knees seems like they would dislocate everytime I do the thing not mentioning my marked weakness that even pressing a nail cutter is a difficult task to do.

So not much to do in my life, I am like a vegetable, but at least this vegetable earns a bit of money still thanks to the friends in the background here in steem and hive platforms, you are just awesome to longsuffer in hearing out my daily moans, groans, and uninteresting stories. Thank you form my heart and my parents too.

Tomorrow I might ask my parents to roast me a pork leg or a whole chicken. Possibly more on the pork leg. The plan is to boil it until it is gelatin-tender and then roast it with my turbo broiler. It is a hot air convection cooker "Broiler" with heating elements above and a fan pushing the heat around on the food below. It is sort of hair-drying your food in in selected temperatures.

Depending on how you cook the food, it can make a whole chicken crispy or in this case tomorrow crispified too. SO I do not know what will happen but I am craving for a crispy pork leg so that I can eat more. Glory be to God.
