More FIRE 🔥 I mean Steem Power!
I saw somewhere that the idea of SPUD is still alive - so I decided to put make some extra power - with some light effects - that include LOTS of fire, dark night and a monolithic structure.
With that in mind, you don't have to check the rest of the post - it's completely meaningless and mostly photographic.
This is some kind of a round clock announcement in Melbourne which is quite nice :D lots of fire, heat and wasted resources - what else would you need for a good fun?! :)
The first big flame caught me by surprise - and "fried all my photosensors".
bu the next time for the big flame I was slightly better prepared!
But small flames are just as fun!
This could also make a nice gif - but too complicated :)
PArt of the street where this is all happening - and well a video for a full experience.
All photos are mine .
Cheers,

Love Melbourne! Did you lose your eyebrows? It's not as good as Darling Harbour though.
Luckily the monolith is too big for people to stare at the flame for a really close distance. :)
Me know nothing of Darling Harbour - me like plants and small colorful birds.

Wow, that's really cool.
How high the flames were :D
Have no idea - you can check the video... but definitely several meters + the monumental firethrow was at least 10m :)
Wow, that's impressive!
I'd love to see it live :D
Couldn't live there as it's far too busy for me, but I love visiting. Adelaide, where I live, is a little slow so every now and then it's not a bad long weekend trip to Melbourne. Had a lot of good times there.
I just returned from Adelaide! Couldn't explore it as much as I wanted, but looks like a very cozy city. And all the parks around the city center - how cool is that! :)
It's a pretty nice spot. I call it the 20 minute city because everything you need is no more than 30 minutes away. Hills, coast, city, countryside etc.
This is a great line:
"lots of fire, heat and wasted resources - what else would you need for a good fun?!"
I love that. Well said. The photo of the fire making a complete circle is really neat. Cool!
