Carnivore 75 Hard: Day Seven
I stretched the limited of an eight-hour eating window today, that's for sure. Two meals sort of bookended the window right at the edges. The first was at about 12:30 and the second was at about 20:20, or nearly eight hours later. Coincidentally, both meals were burger patties. I am a simple shark!
After work, I finally went to the grocery store and picked up a bunch of beef, some bacon, some eggs, and some cheese curds. I don't need shopping lists anymore! I just pick up a few essentials now and then.
After that, Stella T. Dog and I went for a walk around the neighborhood. It's already dark out by the time I get home from work, and we haven't even set the clocks back yet. She's got a neon glowing collar and I've got a yellow reflective vest thing I wear. There are no sidewalks where we live, so we walk in the road. That was about 30 minutes, but 10 of it was probably spent with me stopped and Stella smelling a pile of leaves.
- It's the freakin' weekend!
- I've got the house to myself tonight. I actually enjoy alone time.
- Picked up pastured eggs and bacon on sale and I'll be breaking my fast with it on my day off tomorrow.
