5 curious facts about the City of Bogota
Bogotá, the city of opportunities
Mars around the world

Bogota is an extraordinarily big city I have 5 days in this city and I have not yet known even 20% of the territory of the locality where I live.
The climate is very cool, every day there are very low temperatures accompanied by a cloudy sky of grayish color. Most people wear scarves, sweaters, collars, jackets against the cold and gloves to protect the hands, the cold is extremely strong depending on where you are.

The traffic is somewhat heavy as they say, they have commented to me that in the peak hours there are long queues which they denominate as "trancones", there are many motorcycles in circulation I would dare to say that the great majority of the citizens prefer to move in motorcycles that, in cars, in this way to avoid to catch the trancones that are extremely common in the congested city of Bogota.
One of the things that struck me strongly was that in almost all the journey I have made so far there are cycle paths everywhere, many people especially young college students use bicycles as the main transportation tool. When you go out on the street you can notice the large influx of people using bicycles and motorcycles to move to their place of work, university or parks.

I have visited two recreational parks, I must point out that these parks according to their words are very small and uninteresting parks, this strongly caught my attention as these parks are extremely beautiful and with excellent recreation areas and with green areas very well cared for and respected by users.
Bogota is a quite particular city, has abundant green areas and has excellent green areas, it should be noted that public services are quite expensive, so citizens save as much energy as possible drinking water.
