Watching Pokemon Sword and Shield!

Well I just learned today that Pokemon is back and is now starting it's 19th season (or so my guide tells me XD) and if I am not mistaken this one is labeled 'Pokemon Sword and Shield' and will take place on all(?) regions including a new region called 'Galar'.

The season premiere starts off with one of Pikachu's adventure back when he was still a Pichu right before evolving into the famous Pikachu now. To my surprise, I am getting that same 'Pokemon' feels I felt back then that made me fell in love with the series on this episode setting high my expectations for this season and I hope it would continue for the rest of the upcoming episodes.

It probably has something to do with seeing the pokemons on this episode. It made me feel a little old as this is the first time in a long while where I totally know all the names of the pokemon shown on the screen (since they are all Gen 1 pokemon with the exception of Gen II pichu).

Also it was nice finally seeing the characters on the series finally drawn decently. For three years I have always hated Alola's artstyle but seeing the animation of this episode, I think we are in for a good ride visually for this one. XD
