This is not the typical post for me but, Chíi deserve to be featured in the blockchain, and he probably will make some more appearances along the way.

I love this 'bastard' so much even when he does any of his mischiefs, turning vases upside down, water jars, rip curtains, throw cat litter all over the place, bite me slowly while making eye contact.. Still no matter what, I owe him my life, he is almost 1 Year and with only 4/5 months has saved my life 3 times!!

From one major gas leak in the building and two faulty electrical outlets that caught fire (at least one of them and the other was about to..), beside that he is always with me, he even sleeps less than he would, probably because I don't sleep and he wants to be always around, I have to tell him to go sleep and eat sometimes..

Lately he calls me when he wants to eat, I put my hands under his belly and he lays on my hands while eating, it reminds me of the the first days when I slept half in bed, half out so I could be with one arm around him also he would only eat if I was covering or touching him with my hand..

Chi (Chíi how I pronounce in Portuguese) was the name chosen because it means life force and I really needed "something" to help me grab on to life, also means consanguinity/brotherhood by blood, and as a good cat with hunter instinct, that I let bite and grab with his pointy nails, sometimes makes me bleed quite a lot, no worries, I also train him a bit to jump high and run fast, when he is really into that and not lazy he flicks backwards from the wall and wall-run like a boss!!
