One of the things I missed before this corona virus nonsense began was taking more than 10000 steps a day.
Every 1000 steps burns like 50 calories so you can see how those extra steps add up.
Also add to the fact that my diet hasn't really reduced and that has led to a bit of weight gain unfortunately.
Today I'm heading out to the embassy to handle some paperwork and also other admin work.
Have about 45 mins to kill when my wife visits the chiropractor so that should mean an additional 3000 steps as well. can't wait for this corona madness to be over, seriously.
