This year, I started my second year in this new city (El Tigre, Anzoátegui), a change of life to keep my family together.

To be honest, for me it has been better than the last. I've gotten used to the site a little more, I feel a little calmer.

Until July we were very agitated with the extra-curricular activities of my children. They were in the symphony orchestra, in dances, karate and I was in the choir! and although all that filled us with satisfaction and I don't regret that time, I feel we were over-committed. It was exhausting.

Just for that moment my car is damaged and the places of those activities were distant, so we had to make the difficult decision to abandon some of them. We talked to my children and told them that they would only be in karate and dances, which are the closest to our home. They took it well, thank God there was no conflict about it, our day to day is lighter and now I feel it was a wise decision.

At work I also achieved the balance, I was wandering between several options that I had, I did not know which one to take, that worried me a little. Finally, after evaluating them, I realized that at least for now, I feel good where I am, so I decided to stay there. It's incredible, but when it's you who chooses something, you see that something in a different way, the resistance disappears and in my case, I'm already feeling that I belong there. When you take the uncertainty out of the equation the picture is more serene. Also my co-workers are great, we have shared very nice moments.

My children here have been happy, we have more time for them and that, undoubtedly, is priceless.

I am always in constant learning, and this year has not been the exception: I learned a little bit of music, I did a prayer workshop, Blockchain conferences and also took a course for entrepreneurs, seeking to open my mind to other options; among other things. For all this, my husband's support has been very important.

And he almost forgot that I've practiced a little yoga and aerobics in my urbanization and it makes me feel great.

I have also wasted time in useless discussions, as the years go by I understand more and more that it is not worth it. In most cases it is better to keep quiet, smile and move on.

Steemit has been with me all this year. Every time I have the opportunity I go through my blog to share some of my experiences and I receive the affection of the people of this community. In November I completed two years on the platform and is so much what I have learned and shared ... Steemit is already part of me.

Anyway, I think that this year has been great and it's not about money, it's about experiences, about growth, about loving and being loved, about having the opportunity again and again to start, to thank, to learn and to be happy.
