Blockchain Road Trip 1.0: LAUTECH

The event on 21st September, 2019 started at 11:20am with an opening prayer by Thelma Opurum, Flashcoin Ambassador.

The opening address was given by @bookoons after which @amec, an Aergo ambassador took the stage and spoke to the audience about Blockchain technology and the opportunities for students and Aergo.io He also spoke on some other possible ways to be of value on the Blockchain.

This opening talk geared the audience for more as they asked questions and wanted to hear more.

@bollutech also shared useful insights with the audience, James Jnr. of Flashcoin who came in all the way from Canada spoke extensively about Blockchain, Cryptocurrency and Flashcoin and it's great versatility!

The fun didn't end there as we had a crypto rap battle using some terminologies.

@barineka, one of the conveners and an æternity ambassador spoke to the audience about the æternity blockchain and some useful tools and skills that can be monetized.

@daniel-otaniel, a Robin8 ambassador spoke about Robin8 and #Coincola, after which he shared the coincola app download link.

Time went fast but we didn't know as we spent about 4 hours sharing and learning. The event ended with tokens and tees giveaway, refreshments and photography sessions.

The team members and guests settled in to rest in preparation for our trip to Ile-ife the next day.
