Its interesting because reason for dropping the coin was violating Financial Action Task Force (FATF’s) “travel rule.” Yet just few days ago Coinbase (US regulated exchange) added DASH.

Lucky for coins like PIVX, EXCL they lately dropped anonymity functions because of Zerocoin bug found in XZC. So those are safe. Maybe thats the reason of todays EXCL price rise.
