Bitcoin Holding up Well
Hi Friends,
With the latest halving behind us, I am looking forward to Bitcoin's future. I wasn't sure what to expect and no matter what the experts say and the trend, it seems like Bitcoin will just do the opposite. Many people were calling for a pullback ahead of the halving, but BTC has held up well:
Prior halvings also showed BTC to be lackluster post halving, but I think that the recent hold has been bullish. We got a pullback today when an early created wallet that has been dormant for many years moved a few hundred thousand dollars worth of BTC to another wallet - who it was, no one knows, but it sure spooked everyone once it happened.
So, I am glad I didn't sell any BTC going into the halving and I am not selling any right now either - not sure the timing of the next run, but I think we will see new all time highs (past $20k) by the end of the year. Perhaps ETH or LTC will outperform from a % standpoint, but they also carry more risk of less mass adoption by the investment community, so I am holding mostly BTC right now.
What is your outlook for BTC and altcoins for the rest of 2020?
Thanks for coming by,
Brian
With all the big names coming out to support Bitcoin as a future financial security if ever currency value depreciate, I think I agree that the chance of it going up and passing 10k is high.
It looks like it went up tremendously. I hope it stays this way
