Big Brother Season 22 Episode 16 Recap and Thoughts

Da'Vonne and Bayleigh sit on the block and for one of them, their season ends tonight. It's been a rough start to the season as a fan and tonight was no exception.

First off condolences to Cody and his family for the loss of his grandfather. It's hard to lose a loved one and even harder when you can't be there with your family. My heart goes out to Cody.

The majority of this episode was consumed by the fight between Christmas, Da'Vonne and Bayeigh. I'm not sure why Christmas went out of her way to start this fight and really I just hated this entire incident. It just doesn't make sense for Christmas to be mad because she betrayed Bayleigh and Da'Vonne. I'm definitely no longer cheering for Christmas and the sooner we see her gone, the better.

I really enjoyed hearing Da'Vonne's speech tonight. It's important that someone is standing up for what they believe and delivering that message live on prime time television. I'm glad that Da'Vonne will be staying in the house and I will 100% be cheering for her moving forward.

Oh right, Bayleigh got evicted 9-0 and we ended the night with an endurance HOH competition.

Condolences to Cody for the loss of her grandmother, indeed harder if you can't be there.
