Time for a brew

Hi Friends,

It’s a long weekend here in the United States where we remember our fallen soldiers for Memorial Day.

We usually leave town for the three day weekend, but we stayed home this time for a couple of obligations we have, so we are staying home and trying to relax.

One way to enjoy the weekend is with a cold craft beer:

This is a BJ’s Restaurant and Brewery chain craft brew named Oasis Amber, and is an ambrt style lager. I had high hopes, but was a little disappointed the beer was not fuller - almost tasted a little watered down to me. The can was cool and it was a unique flavor, so it had that going for it. It was also a little weaker at under 5% abv, so maybe that should have been a clue that it wasn’t going to be a bold, full bodied beer.
