TheGoliathhh headed to Frankie's after the last exploring and killing session to now take the 5000 caps and exchange them for the abandoned house in Goodsprings. Price seemed a bit steep in a post apocalyptic world but maybe it was quite a good house for the price, so it is worth getting it for somewhere to store gear etc and not need to worry so much about becoming over-encumbered during travels all the time.

"Hey Frankie, I got you those 5000 caps for the Goodsprings house. I hope it is worth it because that is a lot of caps to part ways with!" he said with a weary body, ready to sit down to rest.

"It sure is worth the caps, partner. Been told it has an underground bunker of some sort, so it aint just a house for you to live in that's for sure. Here are your keys and enjoy your new house, well run down looking wasteland house but new for you since you bought it" Frankie replied.

Upon arriving at the house which was situated just left of Doc Mitchell's place, a run down house like all or nearly all buildings in the wasteland was seen. Inside was a general setup except with additions, like a safe in the kitchen, computer terminal and some ammunition boxes. Plus you have the addition of the underground bunker to which TheGoliathhh hoped was decked out and kickass for those 5000 caps he paid, at least he has places to store plenty of gear and loot though.

Upon first entering the bunker there was some lockers, metal boxes and workbenches which is a nice start to what is available. But the biggest and best room was filled with lockers, gun and armour cabinets, stash boxes and ammunition boxes and the room was filled with them. This meant TheGoliathhh would be able to store so much loot, gear, ammo and anything not being used and free up so much space to pick up even more along his journey in the Mojave Wasteland.

Just outside that room in the lounge room sort of area were first aid boxes, multiple safes, a juke box and more and that is where relaxing can happen, including a bed to sleep on. So this house was well worth the 5000 caps for he now had an amazing place as his own and a spot to rest up after massive adventures. There is even a home doctor station to save on caps for radiation sickness, healing limbs and more!

"Frankie sure was right about this place and what he had been told as it was worth buying and then some. Now I can start stockpiling weapons, ammo and gear I can use or have safe, as back ups while I pick up more loot while I am out and about."

"Will you look at this kitchen and another spot just outside of the bunker too, I think I might just chill here for a bit and enjoy the underground air and relaxation. Make myself a snack too and take this extra day off from adventuring just because of what I have in my possession now."

With that came hours of sitting and reflecting on his previous exploration adventures, the enemies faced, friends made and what is to come next. TheGoliathhh felt like people were really grateful for his help in clearing areas to provide more safety and comfort, while not being too greedy with expecting things as a reward and now, this house is enough of a reward to just accept what he finds without need of additional rewards, unless they absolutely want to give it out of appreciation.
