Hades - Game Preview

I have been away from "regular games" for some time, been focusing my time in Blockchain games that I believe are more productive. With that said I had to buy and play this game. I've played games from this developers since -I believe- 2012 or 2011 and I loved them. They always have great story, gameplay, graphics and music. Games like Bastion, Transistor and Pyre. This time they are using all their experience and are making a very good game based in the Greek mythology with a very nice twist.

You play the role of Zagreus, the son of Hades who wants to escape the underworld and his "complicated" father. In the road you will get a hand from many of the mayor Gods of Olympus like Zeus and Poseidon and also from minor Gods like Athena, Ares, Dionysus and Aphrodite.

I've been playing the game for only 3 hours and the game is still in Early Access so this is more like a preview, but so far I can say the game is great. It's a challenging game but it is very satisfactory.

More about the gameplay

Every time you die in the game you start from the beginning, the core of the underworld each time you can grow stronger and also unlock new permanent skills and weapons. In each run you can collect new skills that are given by you by the Gods of Olympus and also each run the rooms you visit are different and you fight different kinds of enemies. Also each time you die you advance in the story and can learn more about the Underworld, Greek Gods and all the characters related to this universe.
