NBA: Depleted LA Lakers beat Brooklyn Nets
The LA Lakers despite having about five top players out injured where able to put a good display to see off Brooklyn Nets 126-101.
The visiting Lakers who came into the game without LeBron James and Anthony Davis due injury problems where able to lead the Nets with about 28points and win for the 5th time in their last 8 games.
Top scorers for the Lakers on the night were Andre Drummond and Dennis Schroder who registered 20 points and 19 points respectively.
Dennis Schroder couldn't complete the match has was ejected in the second half alongside Kyrie Irving of Nets for what seems like a double-technical foul.
Drummond comment after the match:
"I learned that we have a lot of guys that are very tough,". "Despite who's on the other side of the court, they're going to come out and play."
