Fit-again Durant helps Nets to victory over Pelicans

Kevin Durant returned to action for the Nets after been out for about 23 games to his team overcome New Orleans Pelicans 139-111.

The 32 year-old American who started from the bench in the second quarter went on to register 17 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists in the game.

His start off the bench against Pelicans makes it the second time in his 32 year old career in which that will happen in a game.

His performance in the game was impressive for a player that last played on the 13 February due to a hamstring strain.

According to head coach Steve Nash, Durant return brings a big smile and relieve to the team considering the team recently just lost point guard James Harden to a hamstring.
