A new commissioned artwork in a very busy week ^_^

At first: happy Saturday to you all! 

I had a very busy week and I'm having also a very busy weekend, but I'm happy because for me to be busy means events and new artworks to show around ^_^

I worked on some new commissions and the new one you can see in the following pics made me really happy, because it's for an american customer who bought similar 2 ones about a couple of months ago:

This oil painting on paper is very similar to another one I painted for her brother, but she liked so much and she asked me to paint the same also for her ^_^

I sent it this morning, just few hours before to open our studio to the vsitors. Yes, today we opened our studio to everyone who wanted to know more about how we work and for everyone wanted to see our artwork. It was fantastic! Old frends and new friends all together in our lab between paintings, sculptors, colors and brushes.

My hubby worked hard to clean (as better as e can do it ^_^) the lab and we placed some of our artwork all around, like a sort of solo exhibition. People was happy to stay with us in a friendly way. Cups of coffee, chips and nuts and a lot of chat.

Now we are both very tired, but very happy too!
