Day 29 - 100 Days of Making Those Sexy Comics.

My project is called "Alice Slays the Jabberwock" - and it's a graphic novel about Alice getting Jiggy with the Residents of Wonderland, and arousing the resentments of the Queen of Hearts.

Today, We've got a brief speedpaint covering the storyboard development of Chapter 4, where Alice meets the Hatter and Hare -- and they are excited to see her.

I'm focusing on the main action and character design for each chapter of an outline I created in December, or so.

There are six basic chapters:

1. White Rabbit
2. Caterpiller
3. Cheshire Cat
4. Tea Party with March Hare and Mad Hatter
5. A Trial with the Queen of Hearts
6. Alice Slays the Jabberwock.

My basic approach is to come up with 9 pages of comic for each chapter, in storyboard format -- which is meant to be a sort of rough draft.

Then I'll go through and expand and fill in sort of in between pieces to make the reading experience fluid between each page in those chapters while releasing the finals in a series of 3 episodes on Kickstarter and Patreon.
