Caturday. Somewhere in the jungle. Art and composition

For the Caturday I've made this painting.
It's light watercolor fast sketch was painted for a art lessons about composition the lardge objects in the paintings.

... and some process:

start with a pencil.

This is the main step in order to correctly position the object in the composition of the sheet

I choose the color.
In this composition, when the subject is long on the normal sheet format, color is of great importance.
The places free from the subject will need to be combined into the overall picture with the subject using color.

I choose the color scheme of the environment

I add spray to fill the empty spaces and not allow the painting to be boring for the viewer

and it's ready!
