These graffities looks like as if they would be a pixel art from the 1980s or from the 1990s. I love it. Generally I consider graffiti as vandalism, but this is real art.
Yes, here in this place legal artists spray, quite openly during the day and not hidden.

Do paintings like this draw all the wall of the street the same?
Only in this street. Probably the house owner does not like vandalism and got 2 professional sprayers, so that his house is not only painted with bs.
Its a long enough and can't capture in a single frame, graffiti art is very colourful and indeed, artist have effort like insane!
