Hello friends!
Happy New Year!
Today I share my first design of the year, a collage of what was my life in 2019, well there were things to add ... I made it on occasion to the contest promoted by @georgeboya
I used Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
I lived a very strong year, work stress and anxiety almost consumed my life ... I am a person who meditates a lot but that year was something that blocked me to the point of panic ... it was difficult to maintain a calm posture in front of my family despite having a twist in my mind and a strong pressure on my chest ... it was difficult for me, since it was the only one in a family of 5 who worked on several things to support the home. The salary in Venezuela is depressing.
Anyway, little by little I was emerging from that abyss until achieving a, not total, physical and mental stability.

Its very therapeutic to express your feelings through art. I liked the collage image and i can feel the anxiety and stress at the image. I wish you a better year and to always be strong and calm:) Thank you for taking part at the contest:)
