African Mandrill (Ink Drawing)
Hello Everyone. I hope you're all doing great today.
To start my day, I made this pen sketch of a Mandrill. A mandrill is a kind of monkey with hairless face, red nostrils and lips, and an elongated muzzle. They are found in Africa especially Gabon, Cameroon and Nigeria. They are omnivores and feed basically on anything ranging from fruits , to insects and meat. The mandrills make up the largest group of monkeys in the world.
I used a black ball-point pen and pelican paper for this drawing.
Here are my steps;
First, I drew the outline of the mandrill's face and added all the facial features.
Next, I began shading and adding details to the face
I continued until I got a satisfactory result.
Thanks for reading and checking out my drawing. Enjoy the rest of your day.
