The Spell of Flames | Digital lineart
Greetings!
Good day, good evening and/or good night for everyone! Today I want to share with you a new vector drawing that I have been working on for the last couple of days; then you have a preview:
For this occasion I wanted to draw a sorceress. This was the image I used as a reference:
From the reference image I only used the clothes and the look of the character as such. This was the sketch I made:
To create the lineart I used my preferred drawing software; with it I drew vectorial lines on the photograph of the handmade sketch. I also used the tools of software to further develop the drawing. Next you will see the transition stages from sketch to vector drawing:
Well, that's all for the moments. Soon I will take the time to paint this drawing. For now, as always, I only share with you the creation stage of the vector lineart.
And of course I decorated the final work a little to present to you:
I liked doing this drawing. I experimented with small new techniques and features both in the handmade sketch and in the vectorial work.
It is true that practice makes the master. I guess practicing consciously is everything. [...] Let's keep practicing!
