Ah, how I miss fireflies. As a youngster, we would chase them all over, trying to guess where the next 'flash' would be. They are not in this part of the world, and even at the places where I used to live, there are fewer. Such a fascinating bug.
I love your artwork combination. The dark and light almost make it 3D. Very creative indeed. Enjoy the weekend, as it is fast upon us. Cheers

There does seem to be an ebb and flow of these little creatures, perhaps their level of existence depends on a bit of extra rain. There seems to be quite an extra amount this year.....thus they made their way into this work. hehe ^__^
They have a way of lighting one's imagination.
