JUGHEAD JONES

Hi steemians:

A few days ago, checking my drawings and art folders, I noticed a fanart from a year ago that I had not yet published here. In the fanart I drew Jughead Jones, my favorite character in the youth drama series Riverdale. I remember publishing the finished drawing but I had never shared the "Step by Step" of this charismatic character.

This will be the first fanart, in this new section, titled "Riverdale's Characters", where you will see my versions of the emblematic characters of Archie Comics, which were brought to the small screen in this drama series. The dynamics in this section will be the same as in "Chiling Adventure".

Step by step

1. Before starting, a new blank canvas opens.

2. I started with a sketch of Jughead.

3. I cleaned the sketch with the lineart and leave it ready for coloring.

4. I decided to start coloring by his face and eyes.

5. I continued with the coloring his hair.

6. I colored, then, his t-shirt.

7. I continued to color his jacket.

8. Finishing the process, I added the background of the drawing.

9. And finally, place the name of the series on the drawing.

As final result: Jughead Jones.

(For the curious, Jughead is 16 years old and has the title of the Snake King, the highest rank inside his criminal gang. Also, since season one, he is Betty Cooper's boyfriend).

I really hope you liked the drawing. Jughead is a character that I love, and I really like the final result of this fanart, so it seems for me like an excellent idea to start this new section with this one, which is, my favorite character. I would love to know, as always, your opinion in the comments. A big hug!
