Headmaster
Looking down on the boarded window.
I believe this is a closed-down school. It appears to have a black-eyed man looking down up on a window as if to make sure nobody breaks in. I call him the headmaster.
The mural is painted over the windows and archways. It took me some time to find this one as it is hidden behind a tree.

I can appreciate it, I'm sure it's the idea that he looks like he's hiding, keeping watch.

It is black and white art. After all really amazing art on the wall.
