Back from the top of the world at Iglu-dorf - snow sculpture

avatar

I am back from a grueling job at the top of the Alps. 13/ 12 hour days working in the freezing cold at high thin air altitude and I loved it. This is a job I have done since 2012 and although I say job it feels more like an impossible mission and an adventure that most people may never experience.

That is why I tried to film a bit of a making of and will start to share that very soon. In the vlog you will see two sculptors try to turn hundreds of tonnes of snow into a Igloo hotel based around the theme of Belle Italia.

I am sorry to my followers for not producing content for a while but It was just not in me to sit at a computer in the evening and make posts.
I am now, Well, once I can get some physical and mental rest, looking forward to getting back into my blog. Over Christmas will be my snow sculpture vlog posts and then back to documenting my other works from years gone by.

Missed you all and now lets get this show on the road.

I had to go back to try and work out why you were taking so much time to build an igloo and it was because I had managed to miss the word "hotel" yep that might take a while XD
