July 12, 21: AutomaticWin, DoubleDay, Grocery Shopping/Errands, Put-Put, Icecream, and Games
Up at five this morning and yet another hour short on sleep. FitBit says I’m still averaging exactly the same as last week, but I’m taking that with a grain of salt. It totally caught up to me today and I ended up napping for about an hour or so in the afternoon.
Not a lot going on during the morning routine. Put away some dishes and folded a little laundry was about the only extra stuff I did. Otherwise, checked in on my shittokens. I’m actually winning on Glass, finally! Looking forward to being able to bridge that over to Polygon.
Otherwise, my crypto collateral has been falling in value (ETH and MATIC) 😭 so my risk profile has been moving in the wrong direction. Didn’t make any moves with it yet, but keeping a close eye on it…not anywhere near liquidation, but then again, I really don’t want to be.
Wenche had the day off today, so we got another chance to take the dog for a solid walk and score another #AutomaticWin! With that, errands, and mini-golf, I only had a few steps to finish out another #DoubleDay as well. 💪
Not sure what the deal is at this point, but I pretty much had enough with the rain and wind yesterday; ended up going out with a friggin’ jacket on in the middle of July! 😡
Clouds, clouds, and a few more clouds these days. I’m sure there’s a Star around here somewhere, but I haven’t seen it in quite some time.
Not much happening down at the lake today…water was very smooth, would have been a good day for hydroplanes, but none out there.
There’s a reason it’s called Grass Lake…gots lotsa’ grass in it.
We’d procrastinated on doing the grocery shopping yesterday since we were busy with the escape room and soccer, so we had to go in today. Got all that done and took the opportunity to hit a couple other spots we needed for a pretty efficient round trip. 😁
Did my post and that and snagged some proper lunch (we’d been out of bread and meat for a few days) and then tried to chill in front of the tube…ended up falling asleep like I said before.
Woke up a bit groggy, but not too bad actually. My brother had called me and we were going to go bowling, but the place was closed, so we did put-put instead. We did get rained on a little, but not terribly bad. Afterwards we went back into town and got an ice cream cone 🍦.

Just happened that my cousin Bobby stopped by the same place to get a treat and so I got a chance to say “hey” to him as well! 😁
When I got back home I was super surprised to find HIVE had seriously pamped!
Not exactly sure what the cause was…I did attend the AMA with Stealthex and Hive on Telegram today…maybe someone heard something they liked? I dunno, but I’m expecting people to dump on it soon.
Was already pretty close to bedtime by then and I did have some steps left for the #DoubleDay, so I did some laps around the house to finish and then hit the hay.
Well, I guess my dShitty got robbed today. If you ask me, I got robbed a long time ago. I suppose there’s a certain satisfaction from complaining about it every day, whether that’s worth all that much is a different question.
Not even close to getting my Holybread tasks done today. Haven’t gotten an arena win in days…but the bot is still toast, so whatever.
Hanging on to seventh, but don’t ask me how considering I lose even to the opponents behind me.
I absolutely forgot about CryptoBrewmaster today. 😂 I’ve had a beer just sitting there waiting for me for several days…got to go in and get it.
Basically just mission, lesson, mission, lesson on Rising Star. I have been able to get my Ego much more under control, but I still feel like my progress has slowed even further. We’ll see, not resenting it yet.
I was way too busy today to bother messing with Splinterlands. The season is coming closer to ending, not sure if I’m going to try and finish out that Death quest or just leave it.
Got my stats for the last week. As expected, absolutely cranked it this week! 💪. Even got a thirty thousand step day in there! 👍
