I love to paint this kind of figure inspired by a female nymph common associated with fountains and river. Her hair became plants because to save her from a rape, her father transformed her into a plant (a laurel tree).
I studied the Greek mythology at school and there are a lot of beautiful stories to listen and tell, believe me. 😊
