... would withstand the heat from a microwave. I tried it out and everything was perfect. The next test will be cooking something in one of my pottery pieces in the oven. I am more confident with the heat from the oven since it is similar to the heat from a kiln. it seems funny that people used to make pottery dishes all the time, and still do in some countries. I always choose lead free, food safe glazes on my dishes. now it looks as good as it tastes!
