Starting to see the result of all my efforts. It took a while to get started but ...

... I can see a real change now in the mirror. It’s very motivating. Current weight 120.5kg/265lbs. Intermittent fasting in combination with a lot of core/bodyweight/light weight exercises are doing the trick! Gut is definitely getting smaller and even the tits have retraced a bit. I still have a lot more work to do but every week I can give more in the same amount of time and that in it self is an awesome feeling.

Seeing a change in the mirror is my biggest motivation! It’s hard to get started and keep going even if you feel like quitting but you have to break those comfortable habits and keep working hard. Feeling and seeing the change is so rewarding and it kinda makes you proud that you didn’t give up!

100%! It’s extremely motivating to see your body change in the direction you want and by your own doing of just working hard for it.

That is awesome that you are able to dedicate the time to this. I have been starting to work out in the morning, but the job tends to get in the way! Maybe after the next bull run I can be in a position to put some more focus on my health :)

Keep up the great work.

I was working on a 100 pushups a day, but taking a few days off after having a tooth pulled and some soreness in my elbow.

I will say just doing the 100 pushups a day for a few weeks I started to notice a difference as well in just the energy I had each day as well as overall just felling better in general.

Pushups are a great exercise. I use them a lot in my routine. So many variants out there...its fun to mix them up. Keep putting in the hard work, man!

It is always good to have some exercise. I realized how out of shape I am after walking all over Philadelphia this past Wednesday. I was in Philly attending a #steemmonsters aka #splinterlands meetup. I believe I walked a total of 15 miles combining both my walks on Wednesday and Thursday.

After returning home I woke up Friday and had to dose myself with a great deal of hemp oil both internally and topically. I followed that up with an Ibuprofen chaser!

I am grateful to @contrabourdon for sharing your #appics post on the last #PYPT Show. It seems lots of others folks liked it as well!

This is a good time to thank you for your contributions to the platform through your educational and informative VLOGS. Although I don't always up-vote them, I have learned a great deal from your Blog about STEEM. Kudos to you for your leadership in this our STEEM Community. You are a very positive force which is much needed right now.

Sending you groovy vibes and blessings as well as encouragement on your journey to better health.

Have a great and profitable week!
