... foodwindow) from yesterday helped. I’m also drinking no alcohol in the week, which is slowly becoming easier to accept. I’m starting to realise what a habit it had become. I drink water or tea now. I do fail sometimes and that’s usually on wednesday when I like to have a glass of single malt with my dad before dinner when we chat if he’s here. So I’m looking at about 4/5 out of 7). I’m currently doing some research into rest days. Some say you should do nothing, yet others say that light exercise (walking, biking) is better for the muscles to restore. Any advice is appriciated. I am firming up. I can see it clearly in the mirror but I made the mistake of standing on a scale which is still saying I’m >120kg. I think Scales are evil... and mirrors are more honest. I feel great in general and I do think that the gut and tits are reduced a little bit! I keep grinding! I have 4,5 years left to make it happen! :)

You know what they say, muscle weighs more than fat so you might be gaining muscle and losing fat and therefore maintaining your same weight. A lot of people say the better way to do it is to measure yourself at different parts of your body. We are celebrating Thanksgiving in the US tomorrow, so any diet or exercise regime I am on will be going on hiatus!

You’re building muscles so that can be the reason why your weight doesn’t decrease. You can try cardio sessions once or twice a week. I would personally recommend rest days in between your active days so your muscles can relax but try out what works best for you! You have the right mindset and motivation so anything is possible 💪 Just keep going

I agree, and am firm believer of above words for last 5-6 years. During all this period my mirror have been telling me that I am getting slim but my scale always tells my weight between 83-87 Kg, despite of hours of exercise, diet control & even yoga.
