... Vietnamese restaurants is the Banh Mi. Banh means bread (think “bun” in English and Mi means meat). There are different choices from chicken, pork, beef or a combination of all three, or you can make them to order. As an adaption to the bland Australian palate you will be asked “No chilli?” knowing that those who like spicy food are often the exception, statistically. I’ve found Vietnamese people adore chilli and hot spices / sauces (without meaning to generalise).

I have to cut back on the carbs, but as a "sometimes food", when it's done right it can't be beaten.
