Behind the black clear glass frame something is hidden, Lol I am not talking about ...
... my eyes, I am talking about what my eyes are expressing...
People believe that eyes never lies and always express the truth. If you wanna go through someone's mind, you have to read their eyes first. Hmm kinda true. I have several reason hiding myself behind the glass.
First and most important reason is migraine problem and eye problem. No it's not severe, but sometimes I have problem watching long distance things. That's why mostly I have to use that black frame glasses.
I have spend most of my time in front of my laptop so I need that glass otherwise I have to suffer a lot.
Also now I am habituated with glasses. Am I afraid of showing my eyes?? May be, who knows right...

You are right, eyes are the windows into our soul. I started using glass when I was 19 years old.
they say there are vitamins for helping with the eyes.... maybe some eye exercises and also maybe taking a nap or enough sleep can help
