I'm slowly learning how to edit the text before posting and then you can go into esteem or steemit.com or busy and add more photos. They will not show up in Appics but only on the other sites. It's cool to earn two different coins.

Yes the editor in Appics is almost non existent at the moment. It's actually designed for short texts and a photo but since I often write longer texts I do it in word or another text editor so that I can put in spacing and bullet points etc.. and then copy and paste.
If I want bold texts and headlines I edit it afterward in the Steemit.com interface using Markdown.
Yes I know it's complicated and not he best solution.

You'll see it automatically as APX unstaked tokens in the Appics App. I'll send you a token now and tell me if you see it.
Contrary to the other Apps as far as I know I can't see your wallet in Appics. I used Steemworld.org to see the one that I sent you.

Just press the Power Up button and then you need the active key I believe.
It seems I can only powerup / stake tokens via Steemworld or Steem-engine - the App button does not react. Checking if I use some liquid Steem now :-).
Strange, it has always worked for me but on the other hand the App is a bit buggy at times.

Buddy - do you have a discord account? - I have some questions on numbers - just powered up some apx but do not get the displayed amounts vs. the $ amount outlined in the profile section.
Thanks! I will also experiment, to see what can be done. Anyway, I saw that you put a lot of text and I like that. I have avoided opening posts with Appics until now because it looks like Instagram, developers probably want to be some kind of Instagram but they will not succeed in this direction.
I really like the opportunity to develop the post later on another processor and to turn out practically two different posts, one for Appics and another for Steemit. It's exciting!

Yes you can buy and stake in Steem-engine. The Wallet is in the app.

How can we have APX Tokens then? I am now getting excited with how it would go far from here as being one of the early adopters of the platform.
I got mine on Steem-engine.com. Most of my tokens over the years come from author rewards. Posting, engaging, helping and having fun!
Of course you could also enter my contests and win APX and Steem. Can you hug? Are there any trees near you? Can a friend take a picture of you hugging a tree? Go for it!

this awesome dude! I have been following APPICS from the start and even bought ICO. I want to put my hands in more APX but my new fatherhood experience have changed my life in all angles 😂👶. I have been buying a little bit at a time lately. I see big things in the future for this Dapp. They seem to have a good team that has a common goal. I have been having a fun time using the IOS app and I am really anxious to see what updates they come out with next. One issue I see arising is abuse. Whenever people are “rewarded” financially people always find a way to abuse it. I see Appics users recycling photos over and over. Just to farm those APX tokens. Plus, I think if one had the time and software, there are is a ton of photographic plagiarism going on. Do you know is Appics has a discord? I would love to join and do what I can to help support the team and the Appics community. This can be a big game changer for the blockchain in my mind. CHEERS!!
Greed and abuse are a problem. On Steemit.com someone doing those things would be heavily downvoted and flagged.
Unfortunately those downvotes only remove the Steem rewards and not the APX rewards. I am a big fan of all these Steem-engine tokens but it also brings a new level on complexity to abuse fighting. I would hate to see Appics overrun by abusers. I created this account just for Appics, and my main account has just been an auto pilot so to speak. 😜😜 Hey I am having fun over here. 😉😉

You can always edit the post using esteem or whatever afterward. Your edit doesn’t show in APPICS but only in the other front ends.
If @dswigle can figure out where to get the app, maybe she can teach me! I want to use it, but cannot figure out why the app is not in the Google Play store.
I can't remember how I did it. I think that I sent them an email from their site and they sent me a link. @melinda010100 just got in maybe you can ask her.
Same for me @kus-knee. I signed up from a link in an email they sent me a few days after I filled out their info request on their website.

@old-guy-photos I was quite disgusted with the process of signing up. But after I got their email is was easy. The site is still in development, so I suppose that is why they are limiting the users they let in.

Yes that's right. In fact, i do this way for all tribes ( leo, dlike, photo, sports, etc etc). Makes much more freedom and flexibility in all my actions
