The atmosphere is tensed as the hour draws Closer

Hi guys, so today at midnight my bgg uncle turns 50 years and the whole family is planning this big surprise for him. Everyone is so busy trying to put their gifts in order and trying everything possible to keep it a secret. He stepped out to get a shave and the whole house is in a frenzy. People walking up and down trying to bnb put things in order. I just returned myself from visiting a good number of places at the mall with his wife who is searching for the perfect gift.

You know women right, going round and round the whole place. I just hope the birthday boy likes what we got him. The whole thing is supposed to go off at 12AM sharp and rhe whole family is supposed to get up at that hour and launch it down to the couple's room with songs and shouts. I have been thinking about it and I pity my poor uncle. His sleep will be totally ruined. I don't want that kind of a surprise on my own birthday. Not midnight when I am sound asleep hahahhahah.

Well, I am really excited and can't wait to see how this will turn out. That is only If I will be able to get up at midnight heheheh. One thing that amazes most is the fact that I don't really take my birthday that seriously. Sometimes, It is a pop up notification from a social media account that reminds me that it is my birthday hehheheheh. And I rarely do anything out of the normal. I just go about my usual activities having in mind that I just turned +1. Don't get me wrong, I always appreciate God for the one year and I really value it but the celebrations things and special moments is just not my thing.

Maybe this is just due to the fact that I like things quiet and calm. I hardly make a big deal out of things and that I know gets way over the top at times. That's just me and mu uncle's wife said she too was like me but when she married my uncle, he was the type that took such moments very seriously and so, she has grown to be the celebrating type. So atleast, I am comforted because I now have hope that maybe my own wife will be able to do same or influence me in that direction.

Ok friends, I will have to end here and sleep so that I can be able to get up at the designated hour. It's just 2hours away or better still, just watch something online and wait up.
